Necklace Size Guide
Women’s standard necklace sizes:
14″ NECKLACE
Fits most around the neck like a choker.
16″ NECKLACE
Rests like a collar around the base of the neck. On a petite woman it will hit the collarbone, and for plus-size women, it may feel more like a low-resting choker.
18″ NECKLACE
This popular length falls just below the throat at the collarbone. This length often features pendants which will hang over a crew neck.
20″ NECKLACE
This length rests a few inches below the collarbone and is ideal for lower necklines or over a turtleneck.
22″ NECKLACE
Rests at or above a plunging neckline.
24″ NECKLACE
Falls below any neckline.
Returns & Exchanges
Love Naturally does not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn’t work out for you, we would be happy to exchange the item or offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.
If you want to exchange your item(s), please send an email with ‘Exchanges’ in the subject line to hello@toloventurally.com and include the following information:
- list the item you would like to exchange
- list the new item you would like to exchange the item for
- provide where you would like the item to be shipped
Please Note: You will receive an email within 24 hours with a pre-paid return label for the item to be shipped back to Love Naturally. Please include the original packing slip with your returned item.
Love Naturally recommends you use registered mail to track your item(s). We are not responsible for any orders lost in the mail.

Wall Art, Mug, & Journal
If you receive a different item than ordered, the order is eligible for replacement. Email us at hello@tolovenaturallly.com to let us know about the faulty item, and we will take it from there!
Shipping Methods & Costs
All items shipped in the continental United States have a Standard Shipping of $4.00.
All items shipped to Canada have a Standard Shipping of $8.00.
Love Naturally spreads love all over the world, and we offer flat International Shipping to our customers for $12.00
Delivery occurs 7-10 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Processing of Orders
Orders placed on Monday-Friday before 5 PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
